Dr. Annalee C. Babb is the CEO of Intersections. She also sits on the Strategic Advisory Board of iWIN and is the Digital Transformation Sherpa for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Foreign Trade, Government of Barbados, where she is helping to design the world’s first Metaverse Embassy. From 2018-2021, she was the Prime Minister’s Special Envoy | Special Advisor on Innovation, Science & Smart Tech, co-designing a Barbados Tech Accelerator for delivery of digital public services.
She co-led UNCTAD 15’s Creative Industries Trade Digitisation Forum, was on the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Board, founding CEO of Invest Barbados, and on the International Advisory Board of Oman’s Research Council.

He’s motivated by ever-evolving online content, tech advancements, positive disruption, and solutions that enrich people’s lives.
Fabian is a consummate entrepreneur who created his first disruptive Audio and Multimedia Production start-up as a teenager. His knowledge, expertise and passion for creating multimedia experiences have been the catalyst for projects such as immersive digital communities, interactive film production, engaging written content, virtual reality simulations and 3D animation.

Hey! how’s it going? I’m Dwayne Knight, owner of BEKO Creative Studios. I am a Graphic Design / New Media Marketing Consultant based on the lovely island of Barbados.
We are an Award-Winning design/advertising studio willing to share our knowledge and expertise with fresh, enthusiastic minds. We can provide you with the design and marketing skill-set desired for regional and international markets. BEKO Creative Studios support all areas of design and branding, through print, digital and social media. As a Design Consultant, I wear many hats, and I’m involved in numerous roles such as: managing multi-media projects, brand consultation, marketing, and idea creation. From producing multimedia to sourcing talent, directing and hosting; Nadine is a ‘Jack of All Trades’ within TAPP Digital Incorporated who embraces the challenges of each new project.
With a Business Management background, Nadine is also an advocate for mental health and wellness. As a creative, she expresses herself through painting, poetry and music and her professional experience has been refined through several industries, from Tourism to Medicine to Entertainment. She’s been a multifaceted multi-hyphenate for more than a decade with clients in Mauritius, South Africa, Japan, Canada, the U.S.A. and throughout the Caribbean.

Sean Abbott is a self-taught Visual Media Designer and Illustrator with TAPP Digital Incorporated where he leads the design team on multiple client projects. Sean often works under the pseudonym “Ridd-Li”.
He has several clients from all over the world including Warner subsidiary Rooster Teeth Animation and Tabletop role-playing game company Watchtower Gaming, where he serves as the lead character designer for the latter. He has also worked with several notable talents within the AAA videogame and animation industry.

Brendon Carrington is a Graphic Artist within TAPP Digital Incorporated and Beko Creative. He can create various visually enticing deliverables for social media posts and promotional videos, to printed brochures, flyers and signage.
He’s adept at video editing and passionate about exhibiting his design skills through logo and web design. Whether image-based, video or audio, he aims to consistently hone his craft through multimedia projects.

Rennan Gaskin is a Web Developer for TAPP Digital Incorporated. He consistently applies his skills to developing multiple websites for both government entities and private organisations. Examples of these are www.unctad15.bb and www.training.nti.org.bb.
As a young developer in his 20s, he’s on a quest for knowledge to continuously improve and enhance his craft, while offering valuable contributions to the web and technological industries.
